The reality TV show that just doesn't seem to go away, hasn't.

It's looking like one way or another, a Blagojevich will appear on "I'm a Celebrity . . . Get Me Out of Here!" in June.

NBC executives are in last-minute discussions with Patti Blagojevich to woo her as a contestant on the show that will be filmed in the Costa Rican jungles.
